A woman lies on her side on the examination table in the proctologist’s office, her lower body uncovered and knees drawn up. The doctor in a white coat and mask leans over her with a bright focused light, carefully examining the area around her anus. He applies a thin layer of lubricant and slowly inserts a gloved finger into her tight rear entrance. She feels a firm, stretching pressure as the finger moves deeper, exploring the inner walls with small circular motions. The sensation is intense and unfamiliar — a deep fullness mixed with a mild burning stretch that makes her breathe sharply and tense her muscles for a moment. The doctor continues the internal check, pressing gently against different points while the bright light keeps every detail of her exposed private area visible. After the digital examination he withdraws his finger and prepares a small instrument for a closer visual inspection. The woman remains in the same side-lying position, feeling the residual sensitivity and slight throbbing in her anus as the procedure continues.
