Inside the small medical room the patient leans forward over the examination bed and reaches back to push her black pants and underwear down past her hips. She keeps both hands on the mattress for balance while fully presenting her bare round ass toward the nurse. The soft full cheeks spread slightly as she arches her back, leaving the smooth skin and the deep cleft completely open under the bright overhead lights. The nurse steps closer, holds the exposed flesh steady with one gloved hand and presses the syringe firmly against the upper outer quadrant of the right cheek. A sharp sting follows as the long needle sinks deep into the muscle. The patient flinches once, her ass tightening around the injection, then holds still while the full dose is slowly pushed in. After the needle is withdrawn she remains bent over for a few more seconds, the small red mark of the injection clearly visible on her bare skin, before finally pulling her clothes back up.
