This proctologist exam spy video captures the intense close-up inspection of the anus and the loud painful reactions that follow each insertion. On the examination table the body is turned onto its side, hips pushed slightly forward so the rounded cheeks are fully open. The doctor leans in close with a bright focused light, gloved fingers carefully spreading the soft flesh to expose the tight pink entrance of the anus. The moment the cold instrument or finger presses inside a sharp, high cry bursts out — the head jerks back, shoulders tense, and the whole body stiffens against the table as the painful stretch continues. The doctor holds the position, slowly rotating and examining deeper while the loud reactions keep coming with every movement. The open cheeks stay parted under the strong light, the small tight hole clearly visible as it is stretched and inspected for several long moments before the instrument is finally withdrawn.
